Amar Pathak is an Alumnus and Gold Medallist from XLRI Jamshedpur, besides this he is Higher National Diploma in Computing & Multimedia (Edexcel,UK), Bachelor in Information Technology, MBA in Applied Management (Janardan Rai Nagar Vidyapeeth University, Udaipur) and P.G.D.A.M. (NIS Sparta, Kolkata).

With over 13 years of experience into Learning & Professional Development, Human Resource Management and Academic Administration Amar have served to different sectors and industries like Service, Manufacturing, Education and Academics etc. Indian Oil Corporation, Indian Postal Services, Indian Railways, TATA Steel, Lafarge Cement etc. are few names where Amar helped them to enhance their human resources through various skill building interventions as a Learning & Development Consultant and Expert. With a vision to make quality Learning & Development initiatives and solutions affordable and approachable to each and every segment of workforce of Indian Industries he started his career way back in 2005. In the field of academics he served to premier Management Institution IIM Calcutta in the area of Executive Education for making the programs approachable and affordable for working professionals at corporate and individual level in India and Middle East. At Present he is engaged with Alok Industries Limited and serving to its 13000+ employees as Head of Learning & Development, contributing in to business and people transformation across the SBUs and Hierarchy of this Textile Giant of India.

Amar is certified ESAP (Emotional Skill Assessment Process) Coach by EI Learning System, USA and ASC, Mumbai, a Level I certified facilitator by CPF Mentor. He is awarded with Global Training & Development Leadership Award in 2016 at Asia Pacific HRM Congress and Listed among “100 Most Talented Training & Development Leaders in India” by World HRD Congress for the year 2016. He is also awarded with “Chief Training Officer” of the year award for the year 2016. Amar is the recipient of "100 Top Most Training & Development Minds (India)" award for 2018 at 26th World HRD Congress at Mumbai. He is invited as a panel speaker at 2nd Employee Engagement Converge at Gurugram by Kamikaze B2B Media where he also received Learning & Development Leader of the Year Award 2018.
